About the publication
Understanding what changes next in European life sciences.
Independent, operator-led analysis of the commercial models, technologies and market forces reshaping pharma, MedTech and health technology.
The difficult part is not spotting change. It is knowing what it means.
Life-sciences companies rarely struggle for ideas. They struggle to turn strategy, technology and evidence into coordinated commercial action.
Disrupting Healthcare examines how pharmaceutical, MedTech and health-technology companies are redesigning their commercial models for a market shaped by AI, new evidence requirements, changing access conditions and rising execution complexity.
The focus is primarily European, with global developments included when they materially affect European leaders.
The editorial test
“Does this help a senior leader understand what has changed, why it matters and what to do next?”
If the answer is no, it does not belong here.

Editor’s perspective
“The aim is not to publish more healthcare news. It is to provide a clearer view of how the industry is changing, and what operators should do about it.”

Editorial principles
Evidence first. Interpretation clearly marked.
Disrupting Healthcare distinguishes reported facts from editorial interpretation and links material claims to original or authoritative sources wherever possible.
- Primary evidence where possible. Company disclosures, regulators, peer-reviewed research and authoritative datasets take priority over recycled commentary.
- Interpretation stays visible. Forward-looking conclusions are presented as analysis, not disguised as fact.
- Corrections are transparent. When evidence changes, the published record changes with it.
- No paid editorial influence. The publication does not accept sponsored content or paid placement.
The publication is independently produced. The views expressed are Piotr’s own and do not represent those of his employer or any organization with which he has worked. Nothing published here constitutes medical, legal or financial advice.
